Never Showed Up or Contacted Me 9/12/23 went out to my car after getting off work at 10:00 pm and my car was dead. I have Roadside Assistance through my Shelter Insurance. I submitted on the Shelter App the need for Roadside Assistance. Jack Rabbit was contacted with an ETA of 38-68 minutes. After 2 hours I tried to call the customer service number for Jack Rabbit but it went to voicemail.
They never called or showed up. I was completely stranded. My only saving grace is that I also have Roadside Assistance through AAA. As soon as I submitted my need through the AAA App my phone rang and End Towing was calling to check on me and let me know they had a truck coming my way.
Jack Rabbit is absolutely horrible and should receive zero stars.

Jumpstart Came to jumpstart my car with very short wait time. The young man who cam was upbeat, cheerful, kind, respectful. Excellent

DO NOT USE Did not show up or answer phone call. If Road Side assigns this company in the Little Rock area call back and ask for East End Towing.

This company promises but doesn’t show up. This company was assigned to show up for a service call by Allstate Road Service. Six hours later, they didn’t arrive and weren’t even answering their phone. They appear to be dysfunctional.

Waited an hour right outside Jacksonville with no help My insurance's roadside assistance set me up with these Bozos. Waited the hour they quoted, called then was told they weren't coming. Terrible, or rather, no service. Just needed a jump start. Totally defeated the point of this buisness existing. My wife had to come get me

Cheated This company accepted a job to come fix my tire, gave my issuance a phone number that didn't exist, then didn't show up for an hour and a half with no word so we canceled. Don't recommend this dishonest and useless company.

Terrible My insurance company called this company for roadside assistance. I’m actually still sitting here after 3 hours of waiting, ETA showed “arriving soon” two hours ago. Tried to call the number provided only to be hung up on. Never showed up and wouldn’t even answer for my insurance company. If they couldn’t take the job, it would have been nice to know that 3 hours ago

Don't use As everyone else has stated. My insurance was going to use them but they claimed they came, and I wasn't there, they said that the called me (they didn't). I hope they get dropped so they can't be used. It's a waste of time and money. I think they are scamming the insurance company.

Worst EVER DO NOT USE My insurance provider uses this company for roadside services. They are the worst waited for an hour, got a text can’t find you then cancelled my ticket so I had to start all over! Oh they said they called 3 times which is a lie. Still waiting and it’s been almost 2 hours!
