Very responsive when had problem in early evening - I’m calling Vinney again when I need help

I had a major leak from the air conditioner after 6 pm on a Thursday, Vinny was at my home in less than an hour from time of the service call. Vinny was very professional, thoughtful about coronavirus precautions and was able to diagnose/fix the issue in a reasonable amount of time. Vinny provided me with useful information regarding temperature and humidity. I highly recommend Innovative Air Conditioning LLC.

Recently had major issues with AC unit and air handler. Called Innovative Air Conditioning and Vinny came out immediately along with his technician Anthony, to trouble shoot and fix my system. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and was super honest about the replacement costs. Vinny fixed the unit outside while Anthony fixed the air handler. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none and I will only use Innovative Air Conditioning LLC going forward. I have never done a Google review before but I really felt compelled to share my experience. Honesty, unparalleled knowledge and quality work is rare these days which is why I am giving Innovative Air 5 stars. THANK YOU!!!!

Vinny showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He showed me what to do to keep from having the same issue again, super helpful!!! Vinny also happened to notice that my vent covers were pointed in the wrong direction and fixed them, he also noticed that a few of the covers were the incorrect covers and recommended that I replace them for better air flow. He’s very nice and really knows A/C work inside and out. I Highly recommend!!!

Vinny came to my house only about 2 hours after I called him. He showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all for a reasonable price. He also happened to notice that all my vent covers were pointed in the wrong direction and fixed all of them throughout the house free of charge. Very nice person and really knows his stuff. Vinnie provided great service, explained the process and why things work the way they do, so that when we notice any issue, we know why. He also gave us some good tips to save money and make sure we get the best out of our A/C system. Highly recommended.
