I have been using the same a/c company for years and kept having the same problem over and over so I tried Innovative Air Continuing and got fast and efficient service. Vinny was very thorough and explained the problem in terms I could understand. He replaced my thermostat and cleaned my unit. He called the next day to check to make sure everything was working right. I would highly recommend him.Report

Vinny the owner of Innovative A/C came over right away and did an excellent job. We thought the unit needed freon, but he went upstairs to the air handler, 3.5 ton unit and looked at the fan, and it was caked on 15 years of dirt. He is coming back tomorrow to remove the fan and put solvent on it outside and wash it out. He said that is the reason the unit is freezing up. He is honest and has 51 years experience and is rates are very rrasonable. I will use Innovative A/C for all our A/C needs. He is the straight shooter you want. Others will play games.Report
