Shawn is the absolute worse agent I've ever had.
Countless times I've contacted him to discuss
my policies only to be ignored. As far as the
company as a whole, stay clear. I had my first
and only homeowners claim recently,(25 years)
which was denied. The leaking skylight and roof
from October 2020 has caused and continually
causes damage. The ceiling tiles are falling and
the drywall damage is getting worse. Until we
can afford to pay for it out of our pocket the
adjuster suggested some caulk. My wife's
insurance on a 2014 Buick is through the roof.
Yet, she's never been a risk. I still have an ex
wife listed on the homeowners insurance policy
from many years ago. I brought these things up
and I get absolutely no response. I'll be looking
first for another agent and possibly another
insurance company.

Had to drop them during a flood in basement they said not covered. 2 weeks later found where pipe was broke at wall and called for claim. NO return call NOTHING! Now chasing reimbursement check for car tow scene August. Lost and cancelled check then resubmit and now had to resubmit for 3rd time. Wonder why I canceled them, don't have enough time to type it all in. Only heard from Shawn 1 time in the 11 years plus we had him, not even when I cancelled him just had office girl call to hide behind! Way to do business Farm Bureau. Like the old saying: Take your money and run! I will get with BBB on his office as he supposably the boss there?

My agent is always there when I need him and so very understanding!!!

They suck at pretty much everything. And don't get in an accident on the weekend or you'll have to rent your own car.
