Brad had an electrician scheduled to fix my dryer problem within 20 minutes of me informing him of my problem. The electrician came the next day and had fixed the problem in under 10 minutes. Quality customer service

Brad was the most horrible person I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He would take weeks or months to follow up on work order requests, was incredibly rude on the phone, and just wouldn't do his job. We have worked with some amazing property management companies in Denver so if you are looking for someone who is professional and responsive, Brad is not your guy.

Always a very pleasant experience w High Point Property. We have been at the same residence for 11 years, if that doesn't speak volumes...Anytime we have any issues, they are quick to rectify. We very much enjoy the neighborhood and High Point Property always has top notch handy people. Shout out Scott (plumbing)

My husband and I were nervous renting our home for the first time. HighPoint Property Management made renting our home easy. Excellent service, you are an actual person with these guys. A home is emotional and we put a lot of blood, sweating and tears into our house. Leaving it with Brad and his team means we can sleep easy at night. Highly recommend, but not too much, I like the small company vibes. Thanks Brad and Team!

High Point has managed our condos for the past five years. They find quality renters that have stayed in our units for multiple contracts. High Point makes the ownership process stress free. If you want a company that takes all the stress out of owning rental properties, this company will take care of you well.

Very easy process to rent from high point. I’ve been in one of their properties for two months and they have taken care of the few issues I have had quite fast. Happy to be working with them.
