We are a made from scratch bakery that focuses on whole grains. We mill our own wheat, make our own flour and hand-knead all our breads. We also have a great healthy choice in our pastries, muffins and cookies. We have homemade granola, trail mix, oatmeals, nine grain cereal mix, whole wheat pancake mix, and cookie, whole wheat brownie, and cinnamon scone mixes. To complement our homemade products, we have gourmet jams, honey, dipping oils, peanut butter, and soups.
