Staff works diligently that's for sure! Each cake I saw being picked up looked amazing. I was there for breakfast baked goods and a coffee though. Everything I tried was really yummy! I'll return and try more.

This is such a cute little bakery in the heart of Bay Shore! I found it through google because I was looking for a good bakery and Amanda's Bakery had a 4.8/5, raving reviews, and beautiful photos so I knew I needed to try it. It is on main street so the parking in front is a little limited but there is a very convenient parking lot in the back along with side street parking. The atmosphere is adorable and is very inviting for a cup of joe or splitting your favorite pastry! My cousin and I got traditional cheesecake, 2 cakes pops, and a smores bite (I believe is what it is called). The cake pops were great because they were not overly sweet! The smores bite was absolutely delicious and definitely my second favorite. However, the cheesecake was the fan favorite! Even my mom started sneaking in bites because we could not stop talking about how great it was! I will definitely be coming back for more! 10/10 recommend!

Googled local bakerys for my husbands birthday cake. I couldn't be happier. I wound up ordering a blueberry pie, apple pie and key lime pie also.
Almost all was gone.

I recently had two great experiences with Amanda's Bakery. I had a dozen cookies made, and a 70th birthday cake for my mom. The ordering process was easy and seamless, and the staff were extremely friendly and nice when I went to pick up my orders. They brought my vision to life with both the cookies and the cake, not to mention how great both tasted. My mom absolutely was in love with her cake, and she said it made her whole birthday. I cannot thank Amanda's Bakery enough for their attention to detail, customer service and over all great experience!

Nice cozy store, Friendly reserved staff. Fresh Bakery goodies known for Petite servings style pastry. Interesting changing asorted items.

I worked with Amanda’s bakery to create a Taco Bell themed birthday cake for my husband’s surprise 30th birthday. They were extremely quick to respond and easy to work with. The cake came out PERFECTLY! Not only was the outside so on point to what I was thinking, the cake and filling were beyond delicious (funfetti cake with cookies and cream filling). The cake surpassed my expectations and was the highlight of the day! I will be going back for future events.

Strawberry shortcake for my daughters shower was INCREDIBLE !!!! We are ordering another cake for a party coming up in 2 weeks.

I was "over the top" with my son's 25th birthday cake that Amanda made. I ordered my specialty "QUARTER" cake on line. I live in FLA but our immediate families all live in Long Island, NY. I wanted something to commemorate my son's milestone birthday. I read all the reviews and saw many great pics.of cakes posted and felt I picked the right bakery. The white cake with cannoli cream filling was super yummy. I received so many wonderful compliments. Thanks again, Amanda, for making such a MASTERPIECE!!
