My name is Marty Goldsmith, I am KY licensed home inspector # 266196, I also hold an advanced certification, Certified Professional Inspector # 21060317 and FHA 203 K Certifiaction. I offer common since real life home inspections and my goal is to make them understandable. I learned this business in two ways, I have had ownership in dozens of personal properties that I rent or flip and I was a sales rep for a national "box store" that I sold and learned about decks, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, windows and flooring and I tranfered this knowledge to home inspections. I have inspected small one bedroom condos and I have inspected homes larger than 10,000 square feet, everyone gets the same quality inspection, same follow up and the same unlimited time with me. I have another business and do home inspection by choice because I enjoy doing them and enjoy exceeding my clients goals.
