Full Disclosure Property Inspection

WONDERFUL!!! I had the pleasure of talking and meeting Melanie with Full Disclosure, whom was referred by a good realtor friend of mine. I can't say enough of how thorough and professional she was considering I had no realtor involved and a contractor that was always right in his opinion. Melanie really put my mind at ease as I was very frustrated with my builder she stepped in and gave me reassurance of my newly built home, she was so knowledgeable and informative of how the process of having your private inspection done is a very important step to take.I was very impressed with her and the fact that she was so confident with what she does that she would not be backed down or persuaded to do wrong when she knew what was right when it came to permits and codes of the home. She would answer all calls, texts, and emails promptly and never made me feel like I was a bother. I would advise any home buyer to have a personal inspection done and to definitely use Full Disclosure.

I have used Melanie for two inspections within the past 12 months. She is thorough and honest most of all Melanie communicates everything going on with the property. Her husband is sweet and kind as well. They make a good team.

Love Melanie at FDPI! We've used her for 2 different inspections and both times she's been so thorough and given me her honest opinion about the home. She goes everywhere and takes pictures of everything. At the end, she goes over her findings and is more than happy to discuss what her suggestions mean and how to fix the problems. 100% satisfied and will use again for any further home inspections! We have bought and sold 6 houses in our lives and Melanie at Full Disclosure Property Inspection has got to be the best inspector we have had the pleasure of hiring. Detailed oriented, highly responsive and relentless in ensuring we understood any issue she found during her inspection, to include potential ramifications of not taking certain remedial actions. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

My sisters and I needed find out what what was the condition and potential problems down the road with our parent's 1940's house that we are renting. Since we all live out of Chattanooga now, we needed someone we could trust. Melanie (owner of Full Disclosure Property Inspecitons) gave us in-depth info on what was in good shape, problem areas and even a list of service people for each area that we might need for repairs. Very, Very Impressive.

Melanie is a thorough and very knowledgeable inspector. She reviews her findings and explains them in understandable terms. Everything is also in a very comprehensive report with pictures and explanations sent in a very timely manner. One cannot go wrong with Full Disclosure Property Inspection in helping to make sure the purchase is a great new home. We have used her twice!
