My wife and just purchased Jayco eagle Friday salesman Jerry awesome guy easy to work with very patient with us throughout the process the financial gentleman awesome as well I most definitely would of gave 5 stars but couple issues one being the shower wall was bugging out I brought it to Jerry's attention when we first look at the camper but the day we picked up we were told it was fixed but I noticed it wasn't maybe the service guy forgot or just over looked it im not sure the other was on our way home with the camper all the trailer lights went out then when I turn the truck's turn signal on all the lights on either side would blink in sink with my truck it must be a bad ground the camper because everything worked fine hauling my trade in to you guys hopefully we can get these issues fixed other then those two issues everything else works beautifullyReport
I only stopped in to check a few trailers out, but have to say that Mark Phillips, a salesman at Fretz, was fantastic to deal with. No pressure, no manipulations, just showing off their products. I am still unsure of my ideal vehicle, but would absolutely take my business to Mark when the time comes.Report
The experience of buying our first camper was easy and convenient at Fretz. I looked online first and then went in to see what I liked. Lou was our representative and he was terrific! He was kind and personable and taught us a lot. The guys that hooked everything up for us was also very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.Report

We recently purchased a 2023 Renegade Vienna 25 TBN from Lou Levine at Fretz RV and had an incredible experience with both the vehicle and the dealership. We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and it’s all thanks to the fantastic support we received from Lou.Report
First and foremost, the Renegade Vienna 25 TBN is a beautifully designed vehicle, the interior is nothing short of a masterpiece.
But what truly sets this experience apart is the outstanding support we received from Lou Levine and Fretz RV. Lou’s knowledge, patience, and exceptional customer service made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Lou was there to answer all our questions and ensured we were fully informed about our purchase. Their dedication to helping us find the perfect motorhome was remarkable.
In summary the 2023 Renegade Vienna 25 TBN is a dream on wheels, and the exceptional support provided by Lou Levine and Fretz RV made our entire experience truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a motorhome that combines style, functionality, and reliability, this is the one.
Was a perfect experience from start to finish purchasing my RV. I highly recommend buying from Fretz RV.Report
They sold me a class b with an open recall and wiring problems. There is no power to hitch and digital mirror is messed up. How would you test a hitch at the dealer? You need to bring emergency lights to test. Someone drove it 600 miles and didn't notice the mirror was messed up. Spent 5 hours waiting for service department to tell me to go to dodge. Reputable? I think not. Not to mention, but I will, the extremely rude sales manager and service dept total lack of concern or help. I sat there for 5 hours listening to them trash talk customers. They dont deserve even one star.Report
No no no Steve. All damage to trailer was repaired and it was upgraded to lithium batteries. All was disclosed before deal because I am honest. It was better then new and you had a week to check it over. Service teks took 5 hours trying to repair, really? Why, when both items are in the dodge owners manual. I knew it was a dodge problem so did they, I just wanted it documented. Stop trying to defend your incompetence or underhandedness. You were "unaware" of open recall and wiring problems? Maybe not you personally, but someone in your organization should have been aware, and since it's your business I guess it is your failure.
No dodge dealers in the area will touch it, "They can't accomadate" Put in a warranty claim with Dodge and was referred to two dealers in West Virginia, 5 hours away. This experience has been a total nightmare. BUYER BEWARE
