Had my trailer in and out of the shop all summer to fix the landing gear and they never got it right. Said the batteries were dead. Bought new batteries. They put a bigger fuse in to try and fix the problem still not fixed. Put a self resetting breaker in and still not working. Said it didn’t need a thicker gauge wire even though it would get hot when running and it would melt fuses before they put the breaker in. Sent Chris a message about it still not working and never got a response. Went last weekend and the motor fell off that they replaced. Won’t ever use these guys again. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Best service department for RV's in Utah. I would take mine anywhere else!

Huge shout out to the whole team at the Motor Sportsland West SLC Airport location. Jessica made the entire process smooth and completely painless. From the very beginning where we were being shown around all the different RV models, Jessica was extremely helpful by applying her years of RV repair and sales experience to point out things we didn't even know we didn't know.

That made it an easy decision for us to choose a Forest River R-Pod. We settled on a floor plan that was not currently in stock so we waited for a brand new one to arrive from the factory. Jessica kept us informed throughout the wait so we would know when to expect our new camper.

When our camper was delivered to the dealership, the service team had it fully inspected, cleaned, and prepped for us. On pickup day, the paperwork was easy and only took a few moments to review and sign everything.

We were relieved to find that there were no high pressure sales tactics to purchase a bunch of unnecessary add-ons, but everything (protection plans, roadside assistance, etc.) was well explained and the prices seemed fair. We ended up adding on the extended warranty because the price was very reasonable for the amount of coverage it offered.

Jessica did a final walkthrough with us and explained how everything worked. She also showed us some basic preventative maintenance tips to take care of the unit so that it will last a long time.

At that time we also inspected every inch of the camper to try and find any issues that might need attention from the service department before we took it home. Honestly, it really was in pristine condition which is something that almost never happens on new RVs from most other dealerships we have shopped at.

After the walkthrough was over, it was time to visit the on-site RV supply shop to spend our complimentary gift certificate. We couldn't think of anything we needed since we had all of the stuff from our old camper still, but the super helpful lady in that department named Sarah asked us a few questions and before we knew it, we had a whole pile of neat camping gear picked out.

When it was time to leave, Jessica helped make sure the camper was hitched up properly and safely to our vehicle and that all of the lights and everything were working properly before we hit the road.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other pushy and unpleasant dealerships in the area.

When it is time to bring our camper in for service, I am confident our experience with the service department will be just as pleasant as our purchase experience was.

If you are in the market for a new Travel Trailer, I highly recommend this place. Jess is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She did a great job answering all our questions and helped us find the perfect trailer for our family. Chad was fantastic as well. He installed our equalizer hitch and was extremely thorough in his walkthrough on how it worked as well as the do's and don'ts of the system. Sara was also great in assisting us in the store. She helped explain the differences in the essential items we needed and ensured that we are ready to go for our first outing. All in all, this was a great experience from start to finish!

Very prompt service. Went above and beyond what was expected. Fair and reasonable price. Friendly service. Kept me updated on repairs. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Friendly service, very informative, but seldom returned phone calls

First I think it should be noted that we did not purchase our trailer from motor sportsland but you couldn't tell by the way we were treated. We had an awning/roof issue and honestly it was close so we thought we'd give it a try. We met with Lynzie and she was very polite and knowledgeable. To our surprise our trailer was fixed very quickly (ahead of schedule). My wife and I had considered getting solar and once we went to pick up our trailer and saw how awesome they were we decided to just leave it there and hired them to do the solar as well. It's been a few weeks now and everything works and looks fantastic. If you need work done on your trailer call Lynzie at the location near 5600 w in Salt Lake for sure. 5 stars
