Lathe Lavada is the owner of First Prime Realty Group, Team Leader for the Lathe Lavada Short Sales Home Selling Team and a licensed Las Vegas Broker and Realtor, with a passion for real estate, specializing in Las Vegas Short Sales. Lathe Lavada is also an investor realtor and coach. Lathe entered the real estate market in 2003. He has worked as an account executive for lenders and as a loan officer. In 2005, Lathe moved to Las Vegas. Since, he has become a Las Vegas Short Sales expert and authority.

Lathe originally entered the work force as a personal trainer and fitness manager. Real estate became an interest of his, which turned to a passion, learning every angle. Furthering his business studies from Vanguard University and Hawaii University he began to focus on extensive real estate education.
