Took the car in I've had for 2 weeks because of a caution light on a friday. Said it was a module. Brought it back on Monday and it didnt get looked at till Thursday which they said it was rest. Drove it home and the lights back on. I called everyday for a week and everyday no return call or they called me someone else name. total gaggle for me to get my new car back the same way I gave it to them. Broke. Week with out my car for nothing.

Ian (Salesman) and Rob (Manager) are AWESOME! I had some pretty specific requirements for financing and they worked hard to make it happen. They also did not get upset or unpleasant in any way when I walked away from the deal and took a day off to run my numbers. I highly recommend you ask for them!

I was told that it would be 5 days before they could look @ my car. I made the appointment & drove an hour to get there. Once there I was told that it would be a minimum of 48 hours before they could get to my car &, I had to leave my car with them until @ least then. I decided to go somewhere else.

Great parts dept. Lousy service dept and sales room

Slow service, bad communication. Previous experiences were very good, but this time I waited half an hour to be told the car I wanted had already been sold and that the nearest comparable vehicle would cost an additional $5,000.

Also tried to pressure me into using their financing instead of the credit union I know and trust. My wife and I were very disappointed.
