Buyer beware. We bought a 2025 Subaru Forester. We looked at it and test drove it. Loved it. This was our 5 Forester we’ve brought at Budd Bear. We were quoted a price and given an estimate for monthly payments. We decided to wait to purchase it till the next day because we didn’t have a checkbook with us. The next day we purchased it, we didn’t get paperwork on what we were paying exactly but our fault. we went home and realized that we were paying way over what we were quoted for. one thing I didn’t get a copy of what was quoted to me my fault again. But I also got charged for an auto butler, but I said I did not want which was almost $1000. I’m still paying finance charges on that auto butler butlerI didn’t want. plus they upped the charge of my car took off what they were gonna give me for my trade in. I went back to talk to them, but I had nothing in writing so make sure if you buy there get a copy of everything they quote you and before you leave have all your paperwork with you.

Highly recommend Bud Bear. They were friendly, helpful, caring, very polite,istened to what you were thinking about buying, & above all - honest. So happy with my purchase & recommended them to daughter & son-in-law & they bought a truck there. TJ was my salesman & highly recommend him too. Service department at Subaru was also helpful with the car I traded in. They were great too. Worth the drive, great people all around. You won't be sorry. I would give them all 20 stars if I could.

Our salesman, Dan, was really great with no pressure to buy, but it fell short because we felt pressure to buy the extra's. Also was told there would be a full ta k of gas and there wasn't.
