They have always gone above and beyond to take care of my loved ones with the utmost grace and professionalism. I am especially grateful to Fernando for preparing such a beautiful tribute to my grandmother. I provided her favorite perfume not knowing if they needed it, and he took the opportunity to get creative and spray it in the chapel for a private viewing. The whole room took on a different meaning. I will forever cherish that last moment with my grandmother. Additionally, within such a short time frame, they prepared the funeral services, coordinated the mass and communicated with the Woodlawn team so efficiently all to accommodate my family's schedules.
