My agent, Lori, was very helpful and thorough in her explanation of the various options available to me along with me being a Veteran, we were able to work out a plan to fit my needs at a reasonable cost.
She was patient and definitely NOT a high pressure, deadline, driven counselor. I say counselor because she counseled me on the options, and let the explanations speak for themselves she didn't try to sell me a policy.
I would highly recommend her to my friends and associates.

Me and my husband recently went to Baldwin brothers in Port orange to do our pre planning I didn't sleep the night before was so stressed about it.
But after meeting with Cathy Wild she made us feel more comfortable she answered every question we had and listened to every concern showed us around made sure it was done the way we wanted . Now we feel so relieved not leaving the stress of having to plan to our spouse and or family members

What a difficult responsibility its been to have my end of life decisions finalized. I am indebted to Cathy Wild for her professional knowledge and assistance. I am rarely this confident in knowing everything I paid for was worth every penny it cost. What peace it brings to have had her guide and console me. I am assured Cathy Wild was exactly the right person to handle this decision.

I have referred several of my clients to Baldwin Brothers for pre-need planning. In addition, have made at need arrangements. All interactions have been very professional and were provided in a most caring and considerate way. Sandra Donihue has been my primary contact and I think of her first when one of my clients has a need. I would highly recommend Baldwin Brothers for both pre-need and at needed planning. In fact, my wife and I have a pre-need cremation plan with Baldwin Brothers.

The programs that baldwin brothers have are fantastic. They take care of you here out of state, and abroad if something were to happen to you. You dont get that everywhere. MY husband and I highly recommend to take a look. We did and are very happy about it, we feel a weight has been lifted, that our children will not have to worry about taking care of our funeral services.
Kathy Wild in new smyrna explained everything answered all of our questions has a wonderful personality we felt we knew her all our life, she truly cares about these sensitive issues.
Everyone should plan ahead, you cant afford not to, everything keeps going up, and you dont want to burden your children, you'll feel better like we did. Thanks again Kathy Wild, for all your help you made this decision very easy and we are truly blessed.
