I am still in the building phase but I can not be more pleased with the customer service from FenceTown. They spent time with me ensuring I had my plans right and with the selection of style and materials. When I had to change my design and order (to make the missus happy) after having ordered my and received my materials, the folks at FenceTown couldn't have been more patient or helpful in confirming the changes made sense and putting in the changed order. I will update with pictures after I finish building.

I ordered about 200 feet of Onguard Starling aluminum fence back in mid January, 2022 from Fencetown.com. My shipment arrived a few days ago; a few weeks earlier than I expected. The fence components were well packed (for protection) and everything arrived in very good condition. The fence will look great, once I am able to install it. The Fencetown website made ordering very easy. You pick the style of fence that you want and the on-line order form will suggest which other components that you may need to complete the project. I talked with Jason a few times about some of the special circumstances for my project and he was very helpful. I highly recommend Fencetown for your next fence project.

We (our neighbor and us) recently purchased fencing materials from Fence Town to do a combined fence replacement project. The support they provided was just tremendous. We started with an idea and they led us through the process to build our respective orders. They explained how the material will be determined and asked for a simple drawing. We sent in our drawings and they retuned a list of material we would need. The support team did contact us to confirm our plan before submitting our orders. The process was very easy for us to follow and the product came as expected. Installation went as expected as well. We give FenceTown a 10 and would definitely do business with them again

I placed a fairly large order with Fencetown, and everything went better than I expected. The fence looks great and was easy to install. We get a lot of compliments from neighbors. The service at Fencetown was top notch and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you;-)
