Our original customer service was great in 2015 with our original order. In 2023 one of our pool gate locks broke. 7 years after the original order they sent me a new lock at no cost within 2 days! That is great customer service!! Thank you!!

From design through installation, FenceTown customer service was nothing short of excellent. They guide you through every step of the process and reply to any questions promptly by both email and phone (if necessary). We ordered and had installed 200 feet of Onguard Kinglet residential fencing. The lead time was much better than anticipated from the manufacturer and packaging was also above expectations. Prior to ordering we were fortunate to see another FenceTown system a friend of ours ordered and installed a few years ago and were very impressed with the quality of the finished product. Just a quick note to say that the customer service is phenomenal. I ordered two posts in November of last year and didn't open the box until a few weeks ago only to realize that the wrong posts were delivered. After a few emails to customer service the correct posts were delivered within a week. Great company!

I have used FenceTown for two projects. My wife and I are gardeners, and we love raising beautiful plants on our country property. Because a significant deer population visits nightly (along with ground hogs and rabbits) from the adjoining park land, it has become necessary to enclose some areas where we would like to raise plants that, unfortunately, are very attractive to our wildlife friends. We have successfully completed one beautiful fenced enclosure that actually enhances the beauty of the garden. We used FenceTown to guide us through the process of purchasing and installing a 6' fence to frame a rectangular 18' x 30' garden. After an extensive internet search, we found that FenceTown offered the best prices, and, most importantly, the best guidance in terms of choosing and installing an appropriate fence.
