?So, this is a post every pet owner never wants to have to make but I feel that if it can help someone else to be directed to the BEST of the BEST in the same situation than I feel it is worth making.....

Luke was returned to our home today and I wanted to wait until now to fully express my sincerest thank you to an exceptional business. This companies and their staff made a very sad day of ours into one that I feel gave a Luke, a special member of our family, the utmost dignity and respect from beginning to end.

Ashley Whiteley from Chesapeake Angels Pet Funeral Services and Cremation (part of Fellows, Helfenbein and Newnam Funeral Home). From the second they came to our home until the moment they left, every detail was first class. Even through our tears we could feel that they genuinely cared and wanted to give our sweet boy first class treatment. It meant so very much.

Today Ashley arrived at our home and brought our boy back to us. Forever he will stay. ??Thank you

I cant say enough about how my mother's burial was handled. Ashley Whiteley showed compassion, kindness, understanding, and emotional support through out entire process of a stressful time. You took the time to learn about my mother which made it even more special. She would have expressed her gratitude for sure. Words are just not enough. Thank you. Zoe??

Suzanna came to the rescue as I had a death in the family, and needed a casket spray of flowers done for the Monday after New Year's Day weekend. She was empathetic and put together the most beautiful arrangement with a limited supply after the holidays. She also called to ease my mind, and confirm that the arrangement was delivered prior to the funeral that morning. Highly recommend this dedicated, family owned florist.

Expensive

The Helfenbien family and their staff are wonderful! They are professional, caring and make the process as easy as possible. They really care about their clients and guide them through this difficult process. I am an estate planning and elder law attorney and often recommend that my clients invest in pre-paid funeral services as part of an estate plan. Fellows, Helfenbein is fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them.

Through the entire process they were most kind, supportive, and available to our family.
From the smallest details to the needs of guests and family that came from distances the staff was most attentive.
When we found ourselves floundering, suggestions were made that help so much and were appreciated tremendously.
What a kind and generous group whom we came to trust and think of as "extended family." There simply aren't enough words to adequately express our appreciation.

They were wonderful with both my mom 15 years ago and my dad this past weekend especially Chad the only complaint I had was one employee was rude the day of his funeral but everyone else that works there were the greatest
