Jerry and Jan Feagley have been residents of Point Richmond since 1974 and have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in The Point. Feagley Realtors has 3 offices serving the both the East Bay and West Bay communities: 201 W. Richmond Avenue, Suite A, located in the heart of Point Richmond, 1230 Brickyard cove, on the waterfront and 1185 Solano Avenue, Albany, conveniently located on Solano Avenue in Albany. Jerry, known to many as “what's his face” and Jan have been an active force in the community and in the re-emerging Real Estate market with a company that's both personal and responsive to the evolving needs of their clients. As Jerry put it, “As our client's real estate needs change, our team has evolved to accommodate those changes.” Jerry Feagley started his Real Estate career as a licensee in 1966, starting with the Locators Real Estate firm. After becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1972, he opened his first office in Point Richmond in 1974. As a Real Estate developer he spearheaded his first residential property development in 1976 and went on to be involved with the building of over 300 residential and commercial properties in the West Contra Costa County area. Additionally, he has served for 5 years as a broker agent for Security Pacific in the Top 10% of agents countywide.
