Horrible If I could give this company negative start I would! This was the worst company I have ever rented with! Jennifer Williams is the most unprofessional, rude, useless property manager. Every month my rent was "lost" until I sent a picture of me physically leaving it on the office desk or to the assistant working that day, then she miraculously found it. Take pictures of everything. Keep records of everything! I received several emails of her stating that we were on our "final warning" for HOA violations and that she had spoken wit the manager yet when I called the number on the letter the manager told me she had never spoken to Jennifer and no warnings were ever sent to my address. Also, the letter was dated 2011. It took over 3 months and speaking with a lawyer to finally get my deposit and itemized paper in the mail. Her first excuse was that she sent it to the old address where I had moved out of. Who does that?! Then she stated it was lost in the mail, twice. Then, finally she "was a
