Edge Pest Control and Mosquito Services

They would show up with out calling first! Asked several times for them to call me before coming so I could leave work to be home. Still did not call me.
Said they serviced my residence, but not sure how that was possible because my gate to the back yard was locked! Asked to have a manager call me several times and still have yet to hear from one!

I paid $400 for someone to come set traps without bait? Supposed to have closed up any holes and failed to do so. My boyfriend caught 8 mice within 24 hours of putting bait on the traps. Also they won't refund my money, I highly recommend NOT using this company their service is Horrible

The service that they provided was very poor and downright offensive. I had a significant rodent infestation and was promised various services over the phone. When they arrived, I was forced to sign contracts in several places with no explanation, after which point I was told that I would be receiving different services than those mentioned on the phone. They put down a total of 7 traps and refused to even look for points of entry to block, instead saying that the mice started in the house and the only reason there were more was because I was feeding them by being a slob.
Within 2 days of setting their traps, my own traps caught 14 mice. Their traps did not catch any. I also filled in 4 locations in the brickwork where the mice had clearly been entering.
Due to the severity of my problem, I had to take matters into my own hands instead of waiting a weekend for them to send out a new technician. Given this, I will say I do not know if they would have made it up to me with the new technician. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I have little information to go off of and they did not help me in my time of need. Additionally, 7 trap boxes for $400 does seem like a ripoff, especially given that the traps did not work.
