Add ReviewMarcus did an amazing job and communicated so well with me for a last minute request. We had to quickly move our line because of construction and he came early and was so helpful. I really appreciate their communication and professionalism. We love this company and have been using them for years.Report
The installation was top notch clean, they did a job beyond my expectations. The technician was diligent to keep all pipes tight and hidden as much as he could. He gave me recommendations to cover some area differently and love his ideas. Eager to enjoy my backyard nowReport
I had my tank refilled in November 1, in which they said I needed 100% of the tank refilled. Then, on December 8, they came to “winterize” my system which basically removes the pump (disables it) until they come back out in the spring. I called and emailed several times asking why they charged me a full service fee only to winterize it a month later. My next conversation was on March 6 when I called them yet again to ask why I got the full charge. I was told I would get a “credit” for the remaining solution in the tank. A technician was supposed to come out March 7 to reinstall the pump so my system would work.Report
Let me just say, I understand the reasoning DMS has been giving for removing the pump is they have to warranty it. If it freezes with water in it, it can crack it. What I don’t understand is why they don’t drain the system as I was originally told. That would accomplish the same thing, and, would protect the barrel from cracking as well.
The technician was supposed to show up on March 8 to re-install the pump and top off the tank. I went and looked to see how much solution remained and the readout said it was half full (I have a picture to confirm). The technician didn’t show up. No message. I had to call to get them to reschedule. He was then supposed to come out on March 15, which he did.
However, the technition said the tank was completely empty and charged me for a full refill. I immediately emailed DMS with the pictures and asked why there is such a discrepancy. I followed up twice in email and twice over the phone. I have yet to hear back.
DMS is no longer welcome at my house.
The first year was fine. In November they filled the tank and charged the full amount ~$250. Then they came out less than a month later for “winterization”. I called and asked what that was. They said they drain the tank. I asked why they filled it if they were just going to drain it a couple of weeks later (and charge me again). They said don’t worry, we will credit you what we remove. I emailed them several times because I never saw the credit. No answer until they text to say they are coming out for the “Spring” start. I asked about the credit and was told I am credited for whatever is remaining in the tank. Well, that is what’s supposed to happen anyway. Evidently, the “winterization” is just to remove the pump so that you can’t use the system you spent thousands of dollars on. I also looked at the timer that was set. They set multiple timers for the middle of the night so that you use more product than is needed. Mosquitoes aren’t out in the middle of the night and the MistAway (pump) website even says you don’t need more than one.Report
I find this company to be dishonest and just hoping that people dont actually look into what they are doing.
Amazing service and the system works great. We used this system on a 1M+ house we built and we love it and our clients do tooReport
