I called them because the information they have up says they do private property towing and when I said "hi I was calling to check about your private property-" the guy cuts me off and says no we just do emergency service towing and hung the phone up.

Like dang okay sir. Update your information though so people don't call you for what is apparently "annoying" information. Mad rude.

I highly recommend this towing company, despite the fact that there was a scheduling mixup for my tow. After everything got straightened out, the technician was timely, courteous, professional, and very efficient. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m., he arrived at 10:07, and he had my Jeep loaded and on the road at 10:35. Customer service personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent experience!

The worker that towed our car was generous enough to not only drop off our car, but took it to the nearby location for our car to get fixed. They were respectful and caring of our car.

Fast, friendly service. My roadside assistance failed me, but this place came thru. No hidden fees, and friendly service. Thank you again. I hope I never need to call you again,but if I do get put in a position for help, this is the first and only place I'm calling.
