Nicole was so great her customer service was awesome she was professional the whole time and very helpful to me and my family that was stuck in Walnut Creek. We needed a tow back to El Cerrito the tow man was great as well full of energy it honestly uplifted my spirits because who wants to be stuck dealing with that scenario and then deal with a rude bisness. This place made my mood change drastically and made me fell so much better in my predicament I recommend anyone to them and on top of it they are fast and willing to help there customers.. great people.Report

Guy from EB Towing was nothing short of amazing! He had to get my car out of a garage in a really tight spot, and he did it effortlessly. Unfortunately my insurance people didn't tell him the car was in a garage or that I couldn't get it out of park, however, he had the car up on this truck and out of my garage quickly. Amazing and would definitely recommend these guys. I'm keeping them on my list to call again if I ever need them. Hopefully I won't though! Thanks, GUY!!!Report

I give no stars they had me waiting since 4:30pm the driver decided to show up at 6:30pm had me waiting for 2 hours on the side of the freeway i kept calling them asking where was the driver all they kept saying was he was 15 minutes away they told me that like 3 times i couldn't even call a different towing company because they charge a "49 dollar cancelation fee" ,you have to give them your card info in order for them to call the driver i should of called a different towing company in the first place this company is no good..they charged me 165 to go less than 5miles I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYReport

Horribly dishonest company, no reason to ever call them. Why? 1. They do not undertake the service themselves, they call a real towing company then charge a significant mark-up on what the service actually costs, 2. they will always quote you a price range, but you will always pay the highest price they quote, it's simple but it works as people are desperate when stuck on the side of the roadReport
