I have used different surveyors before. I bought an old property from around 1825 and needed a surveyor that could handle retracing original property lines. They handled it. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was the second time that I had used Eastern Chadrow to survey my property. The first time was back in 1992. We were installing a fence in the back yard and was getting conflicting information from neighbors where the property line was located. We reached out to Eastern Chadrow as they did the survey work and the fence was installed. Fast forward to 2022, when the fence was going to be replaced. New neighbord moved in (I have 5 neighbors property lines that meet with my property and we wanted to make sure that the lines were still there as the new neighbors also had iseas where they thought the property line(s) were located. We tried to do it ourselves since pins were put into the ground and could only locate one of the pin markers and deemed the cost of a resurvey would be money well spent (for peace with the new neighbors) before a new fence would be installed. We again reached out to Eastern Chadrow (30 years later) and lo and behold they were still in business! They came out and did the same quality work 30 years later and we are very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Eastern Chadrow to anyone who is looking for a quality company that does top notch quality work

I was in need of a land survey in order to obtain a fence permit. I reached out to several companies in my area and Eastern Chadrow was the quickest to respond and also provided me with the most competitive quote. Vince was very helpful in explaining the entire process to me. The wait was a little longer than some of the other companies I researched but considering the cost, it was more than worth the wait... and they were actually able to perform the survey a week earlier than originally expected! They showed up on time and the survey was performed very quickly. I was then walked around my property and everything was explained very thoroughly to me. I received the boundary certification in 2 days and a week later I had my fence. And there were no issues with the township inspection. I definitely recommend this company.

Had a boundry survey done by Eastern Chadrow. Their almost certainly human crew showed up on time, and did a great job. They waded through some heavy brush to make it happen and didn't complain once. They followed up with documentation and left behind markers that will be in place and useable for years.

I was somewhat disappointed that neither of the people who came out to perform the work would admit to being 3 raccoons in a human suit, despite my suspicions. I tried offering them the opportunity to root through my garbage in lieu of payment, but still they stuck by the whole "we are entirely human and require payment in US currency" thing.

In conclusion, they are good surveyors who claim to be totally human, despite my suspicions. One thing is for sure, those raccoons operate a mean transit.
