Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc. was founded in 1967 by Edmund A. Chadrow, Jr., P.L.S. to provide professional land surveying services. Eastern/Chadrow Associates Inc. is a family owned business which continues to thrive under the leadership of Edmund A. Chadrow, III P.L.S. a second generation surveyor. In association with Lawrence J. Byrne, P.E. Eastern/Chadrow Associates Inc. provides complete land development and professional civil engineering design services.

Had a boundary survey performed on a house I had just purchased. They performed the survey more quickly than expected and were very professional. I would use their service again.

I needed a property survey for a fence install Eastern Chadrow was very professional and stuck to their word. They arrived on time and gave me a walkthrough of property lines after the survey was completed.
Several collapsing trees were at the boundary of my home property and the home owner association's common ground. So I needed to find out whose responsibility to remove the trees. Eastern/Chadrow Associates carefully got the work done and tried their best to be accurate. I appreciate their job.
I can't say enough positive things about Eastern Chadrow Associates. Arrived on time to conduct boundary survey of my home. Clearly placed stakes and temporary wooden flagged markers. Received Certification Letter within one week. Many businesses send electronic survey request. I was amazed that an actual person from Eastern Chadrow actually "called" me approximately one month after survey to ask if I received Cert. Letter, asked if I was satisfied and if I had any questions. Vincent responded to my many emails usually within an hour or two. Since neighbors fence did encroach onto my property, additional information was required by the township Code Enforcement Office since Code Enforcement posted a Violation notice on neighbors door and might need to take legal action against them since they have not yet moved their fence as they said they would over 2 months ago. Eastern Chadrow did not hesitate to provide this additional information and continued to promptly respond to emails over two months after survey was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Eastern Chadrow. Their professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations and far exceeds my experiences with other businesses.
We needed a boundary survey completed prior to having some landscaping done. This company was efficient with their explanation of their services as well as completion of the project. Very pleased

The survey was conducted promptly, the property perimeter was clearly marked, and all my questions were answered. The Chadrow people were friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
