East Coast Storage Equipment

Paid for shelving from this company in January. We were promised delivery in a couple of weeks. Dozens of phone calls to them over the last several months as we never received our product. Tried to cancel the order after waiting two months. Have still not received a refund or product. Would recommend not purchasing from this company.
Follow up: After post I was contacted by both Paul Parisi and Larry Valdez from East Coast Storage. They have been very apologetic and have been working hard to correct the situation. Shelving was delivered and is in good shape. After dealing with Paul and Larry I would consider additional orders with this company in the future.

First, I want to say thank you all. Thanks for the fanatic job. This is company project, it was 500K project completed fast and material in like new condition which was everything the east coast promised.

So let me tell you about EAST COAST STORAGE EQUIPMENT. I was in need of industrial shelving in a short time for a large property. The owner, Colby and his team not only guided me in the right direction over the phone, BEFORE even discussing placing an order but then once I did, had my order paletted and ready for me to load and go when I got there. While conversing I through out an idea to pick their expertise. Not only did we go w/ a new idea that changed almost the entire order, but Colby’s team altered (cut and welded) the shelving right then and there while I waited at no charge! How can you beat that?! You can’t. I will be going back to these guys next time the need arises as I was VERY HAPPY w/ the guidance, expertise provided, customer service, and equipment I got. This is def. the place to go for NEW or USED industrial storage equipment! THANK YOU GUYS! I’ll be sending my friends and co-workers your way. A+

Have used East Coast for the last 15 years. What ever I need they have, or can get for me to meet our manufacturing storage needs and always at a very competitive price. Had another rush job and they came through.

Excellent service! I needed racks for levels at my warehouse. A wrong assessment was made. East Coast came out immediately to solve it. Back on track and business is running smoother. Great value and great performance. East Coast designed and sold us our warehouse layout and made the most out of every foot of space. The installers were great to deal with also. Clean, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys were awesome in getting us pallet racking with installtion in our new warehouse! My salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a fast and accurate quote for everything I needed. I was a little scared to send $30K up front to secure the inventory and installation dates, but everything went as planned and quoted with no surprises. I look forward to working with them on future projects!

Good prices and great service

Avoid at all costs. Take your money and than stop answering your calls, morally and financially bankrupt, sell you scrap metal they weld together, complete trash. Do some financial research into this company and you will see this google rating is as fake as the promise they sell you, do not give them a penny without receiving delivery or you will regret it.
