I worked with John to buy some rivet racking. We were on a tight timeline, and needed the racking delivered in a matter of days. John coordinated with their trucking company and the racking arrived on time as promised. John also indicated that it was in very good shape, and having assembled it, I'd agree. Nicely done.

Exactly as ordered and paid for, their guys work fast and thorough. Would highly recommend them for any racking or storage needs.

Due to the limitations of our yard, we have to be efficient when it comes to loading and unloading for the safety of our employees and visitors. Safety is our top priority, which is why you were asked to wait in your truck while we finished unloading the delivery that arrived before you.

We purchased used racking from East Coast Storage Equipment, everything went smoothly. There was a few delays along the way but the delays were explained (material was being painted, and needed some additional time to process the work). Communication was professional and very responsive!

We are working with ECSE for the next project as well!

This has had to have been the worst experience in my 20 years of running a plumbing warehouse. A 10,000 sqr ft warehouse we're trying to get running, they sure took the money..after that, call, after call, after call, after condescending conversations....5 months later, after threatening contacting the attorney general, the finally decide to get my shelving shipped...it was actually a very minor order of about 150 feet of parts shelving. 20 feet was supposed to be cut down to 8 feet...guess what.

This company is trash...they can kiss my tail

We apologize for being unable to deliver your shelving sooner. We informed you of the delay and gave you the option to cancel, but you declined. It was our fault that some of the uprights weren't cut down, so we recently gave you a partial refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Ordered pallet racking and shelving and picked it up a few days later. Everyone at the warehouse was kind and helpful. There was a small mistake in the order and they made it right immediately by delivering us new material the next day! I would absolutely purchase from this company again! Many Thanks!

Ordered a lot of upright protectors, never receive them, owner doesn’t pick the phone and they never return the calls. I got racks from them before and delivery was delayed but at the end the job was completed, however the last two orders were never delivered, labor was paid ahead of time too, we are going over to six months and still nothing. If you need to do a project this is definitely not the company you want to work with.
