Customer service not helpful. Bus cramped & crowded. Bus driver was the best!

I recently lead a Diamond Tours Group to Cape Cod, MA (JUNE 20-25).
The entire trip was planned perfectly. The in route motel in Milford, CT was very accommodating, They made our stay very pleasant and met all our needs. The return trip as well. Our stay in South Yarmouth, MA was also pleasant as well. The only problem was they were renovating the facilities. Their breakfast was beyond OUTSTANDING. They had everything that one could want. Our tours included: Plymouth, MA, Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown, MA, and a tour of the Cape it self (showing homes and historic sites). Our last day was spent sightseeing Hyannis and the JFK Museum. Great trip!!!!! I definitely would recommend this trip.

I enjoyed the trip to Key West FL from NC on May 22-28. But Diamond Tours needs to up their prices so that they can choose better resturants, activities and hotels. Also the itinerary was not geared toward a bus load of Sr citizens. Our hotel was 3 hours from Key West. Who does your scheduling? Also the bus service needs to check out the air conditioning before we get started. This is my 3rd trip and my worse.

Our group of 34 enjoyed the city!
We loved the city tour, visit to the cemetery, Destrehan plantation, Mardi gras world, French quarters, Mississippi river cruise on the Creole Queen & the wonderful WWll museum. In our scheduled free time we chose to stroll the french market, riverwalk and try the local cuisine.
We sampled the red beans & rice, crayfish corn chowder, gumbo, seafood broil, alligator burgers, french crepes, beignets and king cake.
The private dinner party & local band on our last night made this vacation even more special! Loved every minute and thankful to have shared this trip with family & friends.
