A wonderful trip for my husband and I...only issue was a tour guide we had.She wasnt very. knowledgeable and didn't stay with group.But over all GREAT!!!.Looking forward to another trip...

A bus driver who ruined a trip Out of Paducah KY to San Antonio in March 23. Trip perfect director perfect but a driver who was rude and crude to everyone on the bus including the director . He was no help to any of us. Never cleaned the bus. Men on the bus did all of his work. He was so mean. He needs to be fired.

Just returned from a diamond tour out of Paducah KY to San Antonio. It was a lovely trip except for the bus driver. He was crude and rude. No help mouthed the whole trip. Never cleaned the bus and was down right mean to our wonderful director. He needs to be fired. It would have been a 5 but he ruined the trip. Diamond watch who you employ. The men on the bus did all of his work.

Poorly planned tour. On bus for 5 days. Went to St Simons Island, Jekyll Island, Savannah, and Charleston. The 1st hotel was filthy, 2 night there. The restaurants chosen by Diamond substandard. On bus more than tour. I will say our bus driver, Ann was wonderful. Never choose Diamond Tours again. Lesson learned.
