The broker I spoke with and who arranged my policy was excellent. He (Matt), answered all my questions and clarified everything I had queries about. The process of the application and such was very quick and painless, and I am happy and relieved I now have a Whole Life Policy, with my diabetes condition. I highly recommend this company. I am a former school teacher and my term life insurance plan, expired at retirement. Now I am assured that my death expenses will be covered with perhaps money left over for my two adult boys.

This company was HORRIBLE!!! I have an extremely busy work and personal life with children. On occasion I open an email and can’t reply right away due to my work or my kids interrupting me.
I submitted a request for information and shortly after I received an email from a man named Matt Schmidt. I replied to this email right away with some basic information. This was on a Sunday night. We emailed back and forth for a while and discussed some issues.
I then asked how I could go about working with this company for life insurance. He kindly sent me a basic application and more information. I opened the email, looked at some of the items attached and figured I needed to do a little more research on the company. This was Monday.
Tuesday I received another email asking if I had any questions, at which point I did not due to the fact that I hadn’t had much time to do research.
Wednesday morning I get another email at 0346 local time saying “ thank you for opening our email on your Iphone last night. Please let me know if there's any questions or not with the application.

I know you are busy but replying to an email only takes 15 to 20 seconds.”.
I opened the email because I was up, just climbing back into bed from work.

Fast forward a few hours to 0749 “ thank you for opening our email.

We are going to close your file. We can only work with respectful people who are capable of replying to emails.

It's probably best to work with Policy Genius, and pay higher premiums. Policy Genius will cater to people who are rude.

I didn’t answer a couple of emails from this gentleman and he began treating potential customers very disrespectful. Did I answer an email, no. I’ll admit that, but in all reality it was less than 72 hours before he went off the deep end. As a professional, I know how busy some people are working 1, 2 and sometimes 3 jobs.

This salesman was completely disrespectful and I hope the company sees this and has a conversation with him.
