As a first time home buyer I did not realize how stressful the process could be. We of course encountered some extra issues making it all that more difficult. David made himself available, was very responsive, informative, and honest. He was able to get us into a beautiful new home and even called in a favor so I could close by Christmas. He was even understanding of my wide open toddler that accompanied me on many home visits. I would highly recommend David if you are looking for a home in the Roanoke area.
