Our business is located in an older building with an antiquated electric heating system. I asked for a quote and within 2 weeks we had the quote and 3 weeks after that, we had 2 heat pumps installed. It was either the end of August or beginning of September when I initially reached out and we had the pumps installed in October, just in time for heating season. I was very impressed with the speed this all happened. I was worried that since we were already into fall that we would have to wait a long time to get the installation. Everyone we dealt with from the office people, to the person writing the estimate, to the 2 installers were very professional. We were a little worried about having the installation during business hours, but the installers stayed out of our way as much as possible and other then a little bit of hammering noise, were very unobtrusive. Final word, we LOVE our heat pumps! They are so quiet you never even notice them running but the whole place is warm as toast!

The Dave's World team in Dover Foxcroft sent Sam to clean our three heat pumps today. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about how to maintain them and use them efficiently. We will definitely request Sam again.

Sam from Dave's World was awesome! Can't say enough about how pleased my husband and I were with his service.
His work went beyond what we were expecting! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Sam also fixed an insulation concern that we had.
Sam went way beyond five stars! :)

Installers were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was responsive to questions throughout the process including after installation! Would highly recommend.
