I have contacted your office in regards to my divorce case and how I am now dealing with something that should have been taken care of in my divorce agreement. I was told that I would need to pay $60 for a consultation when the reason I was calling was to speak to you on a previous case that needed to be rectified. I do not feel that me having to pay a $60 consult fee, for you to fix something was fair. When I reached out via email, I was told that you never made such suggestions and you stated there was nothing else you can do. This is very unprofessional as I paid you to take care of my case and now I am stuck with a lawsuit and out of a lot of money. I strongly feel that there was more that could have been done to rectify the issue, but because now there's no "proof" of what was discussed, I am having to just deal with it. I understand that you see a lot of clients and deal with their issues as well, but I clearly remember this particular conversation because I thought it was a great idea to go forward with it and it be in my best interest and now I see that's not the case. I feel that a lawyer that has your best interest should and would fight to make it right but you have already come to the conclusion that there is nothing else you can do for my case and that I should seek a debt defense attorney. Unless you are willing to fix my issue, there is nothing else you can do, and my review will remain.

While Darla Snead has never spoken with me or represented me, she did represent someone very close to me. I was skeptical about her office when we were told this bill would be "the last one". It's just another two thousand and that will allow us to send this information. We sure paid punctually and counted on her and her staff to deliver. Even though the process was a long one we finally felt content and were pleased it was all over (or so we thought). Months later we come to find out something that was agreed to after Mrs. Snead herself recommended was not properly handled and now we owe money. A huge setback for us. When we called her office to try and fix the issue, to satisfy her client and do what's right, she simply tossed the responsibility out of her hands and said there was nothing she could do. Very unprofessional! Read the 1 star reviews guys! Believe them and stay away! There are much better attorneys that care about their clients well being prior to consultation and even after the case is over.

I wish I could post 0 stars, because all she did was fleeced me for 2 years and did nothing to help me with my divorce.
