This office is very unreliable, and extremely rude. I had a consultation which was paid for over 2 weeks in advance for May 26th 2023 at 2:30pm. The receptionist called me and asked if it could be re-scheduled for 3pm because the attorney was caught up in a “mediation” with another client. Keep in mind I made arrangements with my employer to have this time slot available; yet I was understanding. I agreed to push it to 3pm. When I call at 2:58pm. The receptionist tells me she’s still caught up with another client, and if she could “call me back with her on the line” once she was finished. I explained to her that, if she had other arrangements, she should’ve been vocal about it and I would’ve scheduled it for later in the afternoon. She tells me that “that’s not how things work”; at that point I explained to her that I had paid for the consultation beforehand, and that I was at work! As I was asking her “When could she call m?” I was rudely hung up on. If you care about your children, stay away from this practice. Regardless of whether it’s custody, visitation, or anything you’re trying to seek help with. They’re not reliable, punctual, nor show any kind of professionalism.

Definition of a 5 star business! Excellent customer service and care, along with prompt and clear communication! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking legal assistance! Ms. Snead and her team are phenomenal at what they do!

Darla Snead was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and compassionate to her client’s issues and needs. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for an attorney. Her office staff always helped when I called with a question. They worked with me on a payment method.

I wish I could give no stars. I hired snead to represent me. It took over 3 years and countless hoops I had to jump thru for Mrs. Snead to not do anything for me court wise. Just answer emails and charged so much for that. I do not recommend hiring Mrs snead If you are a man trying to fight for your rights.

Save your money and get a Public Defender or Family Aid Attorney. She will drain your account and give minimal services. Also, her Paralegal is incompetent.
