Chef Georgeann takes our custom-blend of short rib, brisket, and chuck from Creekstone Farms and expertly grills them on a sizzling flat top. Top it with with Cooper sharp, thick cut bacon, Gruyere, or just good ol' lettuce, tomato, and onion. For more exotic tastes, there's a Monte Cristo burger on a french toast bun, a Korean BBQ Burger, or a Poutine Burger with cheese curds, fries, and gravy. We also offer grilled chicken or a plant based alternative. Hot crinkle fries or tater tots make the perfect side.
