Aioli Gourmet Burgers

Calvin was our server and he was friendly and efficient. Food was good as well witb a moderately-sized menu. Their outdoor area is nice with an olive tree, picnic tables, and games such as Bags and giant Jenga. Definitely kept our 3 year old entertained while we ate.

Had their food truck cater our party, Darnell and Niko took great care of us. Handled 60 orders efficiently, with great attitudes, and the food was a huge hit.

I loved that the music was low and soft. I could actually visit! The burger was great. The place was clean. Great atmosphere.

Food ordered at 5:38pm. Said it would be done at 6:10pm. Burgers ready at 6:31pm, waited for sides till 6:35pm. We got there at 6:05, a person that walked in after us, ordered at the counter and got their food way before we did. Pretty sure they didn’t start the order till we asked about it. Ridiculous. If I wanted to wait that long for a burger I’d make it myself. Not the first time it’s happened. It is the last time we’ll try Aioli.
And to the restaurant…. Before you apologize to this review and ask “how we can make it better”… just fix the problem. Pretty common issue among your reviews. Good luck all!

After all that… burgers was barely warm, fries were cold. Disappointing all around.

We got an aïoli burger and a cheeseburger with ketchup, plus pretzel bites. Our food tasted great but it wasn’t that busy and we waited a long time (they did warn us the wait was long, to be fair), the restaurant was really cold inside and music was very loud. Outdoor seating was a bit messy but it is outside so I don’t expect it to be perfect.

Used to be good really starting to go downhill. What is going on? Nothing but to go orders take care of your dine ins. 45 minutes for a burger and the place is empty. What?

I've ordered from Aioli for years. It has changed over the last year quite a bit for the worse! The food just isn't the same quality that it was before. Orders are usually wrong and my burgers are never cooked properly. They seemed to have lost/changed some employees and it definitely shows in a negative way!

I placed a pickup order in and when I drove down to the store. they had gave my order to someone else. waste of time need to have to better customer service.

Don’t bother, for a gourmet burger this was Pathetic!!! My burger was BURNT worse than charcoal,
it was cold, fries were cold and onion rings was 1 pile of dark grease oh and fries looked the Walmart frozen fries in a bag. You are better off going somewhere else or make it yourself!!!
I would not give this 1 star but I have to ) : it was all garbage and a disappointment
