Can never say enough about the service you get from the Tangorras. When my house flooded, they were there immediately in person, made hotel reservations for us, provided meal gift cards. Normally you would not see your agent during a claim, only the claims adjuster. But they were in constant contact with me during the entire process. And that is not unusual --- that is the way they conduct business. I have called Mike at 8:00 on a Saturday morning because I couldn't find my policy number and needed to rent a trailer. He was helpful and cheerful as always. They always go above and beyond.

Mike has been our agent for many years. He is a trusted advisor that balances investment with appropriate coverage. God forbid our coverage is ever needed, but knowing Mike is there to handle the claim details while we deal with the incident is invaluable.

I knew Mike was helping some friends with insurance so I reached out, I felt a little overwhelmed at the idea of shopping for all my insurance needs. Mike got me switched over to better coverages and saved me a few hundred bucks a year, but best if all, he did all the ground work and made it easy. Now I'm all set and feeling better about my insurance situation over all. Glad I'm set for a while.

Mike and his team have been helping my family with home and auto insurance for many years and have always treated us as if we were his only customers (and I know we are not). I can't count the number of times I've bothered Mike with questions or needs and how quick and responsive...and of course friendly he and his team were. A+ service for sure.

Mike did an amazing job laying out out current homeowners, auto, and rider coverage and comparing it with other companies so we could get the most coverage for the best price. His process is thorough, simple to understand, and takes the guess work out.
