About Clearview Property Management

Clearview Property Management opened its doors in 2005. The company was started by Real Estate Broker Aksania Reczek as a way to assist her home owners. Their homes were listed for sale and, despite advertising and every attempt to get them sold, the offers never came. What started out as a favor to a handful of home owners has grown to well over 300 rentals in the past 10 years, with new properties being managed every day. The growth in properties has been steady and we have had to expand our property management team and office staff to offer our tenants and home owners the best rental experience possible. In 2013, we also opened our doors to a second office location in Wilmington, North Carolina. Although this office is a small operation, we are hoping to expand our available rentals in the area.
