Cleanzen Boston Cleaning Services

I think Ive hired 2-4 cleaning company now in Boston and cleanzen is in my top options. Very accommodating and cleaning ladies are nice too. Notification from cleanzen was good too. Highly recommended

I really want to thank the team who helped me with last-minute deep cleaning. I don’t have time to clean due to my busy schedule, and my main concern was my dogs shedding. I really needed help with that too. But Cleanzen was able to assist me with the booking, and everything went smoothly without any issues.

Terrible service!
Everytime I am shocked by how bad their service is and the customer service is completely unresponsive. They make you pay extra for cleaner parking without prior heads up, one time the cleaner brought her kid with her and today the cleaner was trying to bring her husband with her!!! They never asked me if its okay to have a male cleaner. I paid for deep cleaning but the cleaning was mediocre at best. Countertops were not wiped, she left out areas without vaccuming them and she used my toilet without asking permission!
I specifically asked them for a good cleaner and they assured me that the assigned cleaner is really good with good reviews.
I never got the deep cleaning I paid for!!!!
They are always late, they cleaners never speak english, and the customer service is really bad.

Deep Cleaning Service Was a Complete Waste of Money

I paid nearly $500 for a deep cleaning service provided by Arthuza’s Team (Boston), which included additional charges for specific tasks. Despite assurances of a comprehensive cleaning, the results were exceedingly unsatisfactory. Upon my return home, I discovered that almost no area had been cleaned as promised. The interior of the oven was completely neglected. I had deliberately left a piece of burnt bread inside to verify whether the service would actually do what they claimed, and both the bread and the residue at the bottom remained untouched. This made it clear that the oven had not even been opened.

Additionally, the baseboards were left covered in dust and grime, showing that they had not been cleaned. The two sets of blinds, which I paid extra for, were also untouched. Despite the promise of a thorough cleaning, none of the walls were wiped down. The floors and tile surfaces were equally neglected, still covered in visible dirt and debris—completely unacceptable for a service marketed as deep cleaning.

The bathroom was another major disappointment. The vent was untouched and remained full of dust. The shower tiles, both on the walls and the floor, had no indication of being cleaned. The sink and mirror still had streaks and smudges, proving they were not properly wiped down. Most shockingly, the toilets were completely ignored, forcing me to clean them myself after the service. The only areas I could confirm had been cleaned were a small section under one of the beds and the glass shower doors—an unacceptable result for the price I paid.

I don’t know if they thought they could pull a fast one over on young working professionals, assuming we wouldn’t notice or call them out on it. I clean my apartment every week, and as a social worker, I make it a priority to have a deep cleaning service come in quarterly to ensure that nothing from my job follows me home. I have high standards for cleanliness, but I also know the difference between a space that has been deeply cleaned and one that has been left nearly untouched. This service failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations.

To make matters worse, the company forces customers to select a tip before the service is completed, which is absolutely absurd. After seeing the lack of effort and work done to my home, I wouldn't have been able to leave a tip because it was that bad. They have no incentive to do a good thorough job when the tip is required before the service even begins. When I walked into my home, it smelled clean, but a closer look revealed that very little had actually been done. I had to go over nearly every surface myself, and the amount of dirt and grime I removed afterward was disgraceful.

This was not a deep cleaning service—it was an expensive scam. If you are looking for a legitimate, professional cleaning service, I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.

The cleaners did a great job at my place. They don't have the equipment to do a very detail pet hair cleaning on one of our rooms with carpet. They were able to recommend someone who did great job on the carpets. This place looks immaculate. Better than when we moved in for sure.

They provided excellent service. They were thorough and detailed. The place smelled exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.
