11 weeks for the part. Right on the middle of summer. Had to purchase portable air conditioning for my rental. They then were there installing the part for less than 1.5 hours, and charged me 423.75 for the repair. Would not recommend them.

CK did the hvac work for our new build. They did a great job and their crew explained everything to us and showed us how to use everything. They were great! They also did our fireplace.
