I was in and out within a hour on a Saturday night. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable. As a mother of seven, using CHKD for my families healthcare has always been a great experience.

As I walked through the sliding doors the woman at the front desk was already yelling directions. I get there's a procedure in place but it would've been cool if she would've waited until I was in the room entirely because I didn't know she was talking to me and also if she could've Atleast made eye contact. It was 1030 in the morning and she's already acting like she had a long day. I'm not a doctor by any means however, I know for a fact you can't hear a heart murmur in a few seconds. It's hard to hear them so when the PA told me my child has a small heart murmur after listening to my childs heart beat for no more than 10 seconds I started to question her medical ability. My child was being treating for vomiting. The PA also started to throw out a list of possible diagnoses but the symptoms didn't match. She said it could be streptococcus however there was no swollen lymph nodes, no cough, no sore throat. Tonsils was a little swollen but my child has been throwing up for 24 hours. I understand that some parents want/demand a diagnosis but I don't think a medical professional should be throwing out random diagnosis to make me feel better. Be honest, if you don't know then you don't know. Sometimes there's no answer when you practice medicine. I would go back but only if i really really have to. The nurse and the lady that updated my records was super nice and professional.

I would like to thank the reception/nursing/and Dr Brooke who took care of my son 6month old who came in for a fever and diaper rash. We were taken care of even after they were suppose to close for the night. My husband and I appreciate all of your hard work. Thank you for taking good care of our son.

Waited hours to see someone with my 3 kids, 5, 4 and 11 months. When I finally saw the nurse practitioner in training and then I guess the "dr" after, she said to come back if my kids didn't get better. They had already been sick for over a week and are still sick almost 3 weeks later. And I'm supposed to go back and sit for hours longer? What a joke. The fact that I had to ask for medicine in the first place just blows my mind. I don't recommend this place and would give 0 stars if it were an option.
