Carolina Pines RV Resort

Our family has been coming to Carolina Pines RV Resort for 3 years, and it has become our second home. The accommodations are amazing, the staff are friendly, and you truly feel like you are at a 5 Star resort. I highly recommend coming and leaving your worries and stress at the front gate!

Our friend was ripped off. They put him in a no pets cabin. And he had his dog WITH him at check in. The employees were petting her !!!!
How was he to know ????
They want to charge him 200 plus dollars for THEIR MISTAKE.
Bad business at the worst level.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have 100 pet-friendly cottages and a handful of pet-free cottages for the safety and comfort of our guests with pet allergies. Guests who bring pets into the pet-free cottages are charged for the deep cleaning required to protect future guests from these allergens. Pet restrictions are communicated both at the time of reservation and at check-in. If your friend would like to discuss his circumstances with us, he is welcome to call our office for personal assistance.

I would give 5 stars as this place is truly nice, but they get 3.5 from me due to their late check out policy. We were there for 3 nights in January for a Volleyball tournament and needed a late check out for the last day we were there due to the playing time of my daughter. When I went to the desk to ask they said sure, late check out is at 1pm. 2 hours later than regular checkout for $30. Then she said I would have to pay a full night stay to stay until 5. Which I would completely understand in peak season, but not January when the site was clearly not booked or we would not have been able to stay longer at all. During the off season is the only time we would need to have a late check out due to playing in tournaments. It is a beautiful campground and I'm sure during the season it would be tons of fun. Maybe management can re-think their late checkout policy for out of season camping. We have stayed at other campgrounds in the MB area that allow for a 6pm checkout in the off season for 1/2 day pricing.

My wife and I bought our GD Momentum on a whim while we were in FL visiting her father right after Christmas last year and we decided that we didn’t want to try to drive straight through to MA, so we found Carolina Pines and stayed for a couple nights. This place was so nice that we decided to make another trip to FL again to visit her dad again and we booked 9 nights at Carolina Pines on the way down! Very nice RV resort and is very fair priced!! Looking forward to going back in a little over a week from now!

The park was absolutely beautiful for the holidays. The entire staff went above and beyond to make the holidays special no matter how you celebrate! I can't wait to see how they will top what they did in 2022 this year. #funtimesforeveryone
