Atlanta Peach Movers

Pulled up to our storage facility and they had a truck blocking the entire loading dock. The movers argued with several other people who needed access and did not move. When they finally moved the truck the left the back doors open and several pieces of their client's property fell it out on the asphalt. Would absolutely not recommend using them based off of the lack of professionalism and care for their client's belongings that I saw.

I had a very successful move with Atlanta Peach Movers on Saturday August 13th.

The two trucks and five men were perfect for making a seamless move from my apartment unit and external storage into my new home - (Good Call that Al, one of the moving coordinators, made during the estimation/quote phase).

The 5 gentlemen who made the move had very fun/comedic energy and moved swiftly to get the job done as quickly, and safely as possible. I enjoyed their work ethic and character!

Al was extremely PATIENCE with my need for changing move dates, details, and asking questions. He worked after hours to ensure I had the information, and clarifications needed.

Client Service Managers, Abby, Timaya, and Samira were also very helpful, ensuring I had the proper information on the day before the move, the day of the move, and following the completion of the move.

Incompetent people work here. Nightmare from start to finish. The day of my move they were late, plus the truck broke down with all my valuables with no call or texts to update. Its been 3 weeks since my move and I am still having to deal with claims for broken items and the pool table move fiasco.

There's so many other companies to take your business to, don't bother choosing this one.

Unfortunately our moving experience with Atlanta Peach Movers was terrible. This company was recommended by several friends who had just recently moved. So many things went wrong with our move, but it started with the estimate of time/manpower the move would take. We were quoted for 2 trucks, 6 workers and a full day. We needed 3 trucks at least 2 more workers and the full day was 13+ hours. The crew was obviously exhausted (no telling what kind of day they had the day before, but they said they had another all day job with 7 workers the next day and they weren't getting home from our job until after midnight). Things were broken, dropped, walls were dented and the worst part was the $5600+ of floor damage that was done to the new floors in the new house. I understand that things get damaged during the move, but usually the movers communicate the damage when it happens. Not Atlanta Peach Movers. Nothing was put on the floors to protect them (especially the claimed "red carpet") which caused the extensive floor damage. We have to move back out of our house for 5 days for the floors to be repaired. I've filled out the damage claim form they require, spoken to Janice Brown who handles the damage claims sent 5 emails (including the email with the quote from the flooring company, photos of all the damage, etc.). I've left 6 messages. On top of the terrible experience of the move, it has been almost a month and I have heard NOTHING back from the office about the damages. I don't expect any move to go perfectly, but I don't think it's too much to expect a response from a company when there is an issue. Do yourself a favor and find a moving company that doesn't just say they will do a good job, but will actually follow through on doing the job right. Maybe the one with "tree" in the name.

Although I won't be using this company in the future, I want to give them credit for doing the right thing in the end. After much persistence on my part, they did pay to have our floors fixed. All the wood floors on the main level had to be sanded and refinished. We had to repack everything and move out of the house for a week which was a hassle, but the floors were fixed so for that I am thankful.

TiMaya was my coordinator. She was very helpful in coordinating my moving date. My closing date kept changing. Each time I called TiMaya with a new date, she would check for availability. She was very professional and understood my situation. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Peach Movers.

Kent with Peach Movers was very professional, kind, and patient. Great customer service. Very responsive, and knowledgeable of the job. All staff encountered were professional, and nice.

Alejandro and his team of Peach Movers were very professional and respectful of my personal items. They arrived on time and did not leave until they made sure all was taken care! I look forward to referring Peach Movers to everyone!!!

Do not hire this moving company! Worst experience I've had with a moving company. Hired them in April 2022. Damaged furniture and walls. Claim process a joke. Was given the run around the whole time. My claim was never processed and she had no intention of doing so. Movers didn't have all the moving equipment when they arrived. Paid for 3 movers and a truck. Only received 2 movers and a truck because the 3rd guy was physically unable to do the work that the younger movers were doing. Overpriced for the service I received.
