Cape Removals

I had a great experience with Cape Removals all the way from pick up in the Cape and delivery in pretoria with contact all along the way. Very punctual and excellent and friendly service.
The only complaint i have which i hope to have resolved is that i had an antique washing table with a marble top bubble wrapped and a few items were placed inside the table and table was secured with rope so that the marble top could not be removed in transit.
When delivery was made the marble top had been removed but still intact and not broken at all but rope that secured the top onto the bottom was off. One of the items placed inside the washing table is missing while all other items are accounted for.
The piece that is missing is an antique white serving dish about the size of an A4 page that was wrapped in Bubble wrap. Other items were offfloaded but were loose in the truck.
This dish could have been overlooked when offloading but i am hoping that Cape Removals will be able to resolve this issue for me so that i can retreive this dish. it could have been delivered and offloaded at one of the other addresses as it was a shared load.

Never never never use them! They take your money, make sure you pay for everything but don't expect them to deliver when they tell you. I paid extra for a very important item used for fire flighting that needed to be at the airport at 17.00. It is now 16.10 and nothing has been delivered. l cannot get from Camps Bay to the Airport in 5 minutes. Never believe what they tell you!!
