Anything Appliance

Update for my previous review I did receive a call this time for our upcoming appointment. My guess is they must have called a wrong number before. Accidents do happen. We were able to correct the issue ourselves per advice from Whirlpool. Amanda at Anything Appliance was wonderful and at my request held the work order until we could try the tip from Whirlpool before we cancelled the work order. She was very pleasant to deal with.

Not having a good feeling about this company It took 3 weeks to get an appointment for our washing machine. Understandable as times are difficult right now. BUT I called them the day before my appointment to make sure they were still coming as I hadn't heard from them. No email...no call.... I received a call back the morning of my appointment telling me they had cancelled the appointment because they said they left several voice mails and we hadn't responded. I went back through my caller ID and there were NO calls from them. I have another appointment set for 3 weeks away...again. We'll see how this one goes and whether my review will change.

My experience with Bill was fantastic! He was knowledgeable , and professional. He diagnosed and fixed our appliance issues in a timely manor. Would recommend Anything Appliance anytime!

Oven ignitor died and Anything Appliance was able to have a technician come out and repair. While it did take over 3 weeks from calling to having technician come to my home, the service was great. Cisco was able to quickly replace the part while creating no disruptions as I worked from home. Thank you!

My refrigerator broke, and these people fixed it. Excellent customer service, though the repair was costly and parts didn't come in for over a month.

Damian, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, your parts were on back order with the distributor. We are happy we were able to complete your repair in less than a week of receiving your part.

Cisco was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Great service, polite, friendly. Will definitely use them again!

I have Wolf double ovens that I purchased this summer and they stopped working after being used just 4 times!! UGH Jim, the owner of Anything Appliance just spoke to me regarding the repair process and the Wolf technicians they have on their team. I'm confident that the repairs will be done well. My interactions with Bill the repair tech have been very positive and Bill is very knowledgeable, courteous and tidy when he's been to my house for the initial issue diagnosis and follow up appointment.
