The new owner, Aaron and his crew are great! We are senior citizens and even though we have a Home Warranty policy, they could not get anyone here for a week! Bo, from AMPM Heating & Cooling came out the next day (a SATURDAY AFTERNOON) during a cold spell in early December to try to get our Lenox furnace working. Although he couldn’t get it going, he was able to determine the cause and ordered new parts on Monday. He got the parts ASAP and although they were booked up for a 3-day install, Bo came very early (7am!) to get us our much-needed heat. Aaron went the extra mile and filed a claim with Lenox for the parts, (it was at the end of a 10-year warranty) and saved us over $1000. We really appreciate AMPM Heating for the great service and job they provided for us. Suzanne H, Vancouver WA

When it was 20 degrees outside my furnace w ent out and didn’t know who to call. I’m so glad I called AM PM heating and Cooling. Aaron and his son Bo _the new owners-came out the same day and got my furnace up and running. They were very courteous and professional. So glad I found them. Will definitely use them again

Our furnace broke my landlord hired them . I want to write a review because they are super kind and helpful team. they were punctual and completed installation of the furnace with in 4 hours. I highly recommend this company,

Super helpful! Came out on a weekend at last minute emergency when no one else reached back out to us. They were super responsive and very up front about everything. If we ever have a problem, I will call them again. Very customer friendly and professional.

Did you know owner is very professional and has great communication. You can tell having satisfied customers is the most important thing to him. I think that this cell will be wonderful for this company. I am super happy that my friends now have heat before it starts snowing. Thank you!

We got next day, on time service and were told that the draining that we thought was a problem was normal. There was no charge and we got a free tutorial on how the system works. Very satisfied customer.

Excellent Service

I have an AMANA PTAC unit that started making loud noises. The unit is relatively new and luckily still had some warranty left on it. I called AMANA directly and was referred to AM/PM Heating and Cooling. I was told they are one of the preferred servicers of AMANA PTAC’s in my area. I am so glad I called them. Annette one of the installation coordinators for AM/PM took my call and was very knowledgeable. She was so friendly and gave me ideas and suggestions of what the problem could be. She took my PTAC information and said they in fact had all the replacement parts in stock. She scheduled Richard to come out to my home the very next day. My hat goes off to Richard. He went above and beyond service. He came out and diagnosed the problem right away. Keep in mind this was late in the afternoon and getting close to quitting time. He said he had to run back to the shop and get more parts but he would be back. He could have just as easily pushed this back another day because of how late it was getting. But sure enough, he came back and finished the job. Richard had my unit back up and running better than new the very same day! I appreciated his conversation and customer service while he was working on my unit.

I would definitely recommend AM/PM Heating and Cooling!
