Ordered spa chemicals. After 14 days, I wrote and they said there was a delay in shipping. 14 days and I only hear of a delay after I complain? I posted a dispute with my credit card and they claimed it was being shipped out then. If you want a product, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Husband, Joseph Shane, ordered a cover January 10. Every time he's called, he's gotten a different answer. When putting a ticket in, NO RESPONSE!!! Horrible customer service!! If we could give 0 stars, we would!!

Update: received it finally! Looks good. Only complaint is communication about the order.

14+ weeks for hot tub cover to be delivered. They did not include the cover lifter in the shipment. Have now waited another 4 weeks and still no lifter after my notifying SpaMart. Poorest communication I’ve experienced. No telephone service. Takes days to answer emails. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

I can't comment on the quality of the product, I am still waiting for it. Like the other post from Chicago, I am supposedly on the 'next truck, this week'. I order in early December 2020 and now 16 weeks later. "OUR CURRENT MANUFACTURING LEAD-TIME FOR CUSTOM-MADE SPA COVERS IS 8-12 WEEKS.is at the bottom of my invoice. If this arrives 'on the next truck', it will be 17 weeks. Never once did they initiate an email stating the expected shipment. COVID started in March 2020. By December, they should have had there COVID plans in place. They are quite few older post complaining about long shipping times and poor customer service. Not sure other companies are better, I don't purchase a cover more than every five years.

Changing my review from a one to a four star
We ordered a hot tub cover in April. It is now mid July and we have not received it. They claim that it is custom made and that is cause for the delay. My neighbor's newly built home started construction in mid April and it is nearly ready for move in. Maybe we missed the info that stated it would take months to receive. It is now November and I wanted to add to my review. I don't remember the exact arrival date.....but after quite a few months of waiting, it finally arrived. I must say that the color ( I believe it was parchment) was a perfect color for our hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised at how thick the interior foam was, and the quality of material and craftsmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend the product produced by America's Spa-Mart.

Owner was very very arrogant. He may be suffering from an abundance of plenty right now due to Covid, but that will change and reviews will matter again. And also basically every other online spa cover place will deliver in half the time, HALF, and are the same price. AVOID

I ordered a custom spa cover and it finally came. It looks great and was exactly as I requested. The delivery person was friendly and helpful, and customer service was quick to reply. Great experience and I will order other items in the future.

It took many weeks for Spa-Mart to fabricate our hot tub cover but it came out beautifully and was worth the wait. It fits perfectly, is super light, but also sturdy. We expect it to last a long time.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is the first time I placed an order with them for pool filters and they just sat on my order for three weeks and did nothing. When I called them for a status update, they said they will reach out to me but never did. Very poor customer service and seem unprofessional. I would never recommend anybody to order with them. I lost 2 weeks of pool time for my kids.

This was my first time purchasing from Spa-Mart. We ordered on Monday and received our package on Wednesday. We have not taken it out of the packaging yet as our spa is requiring some repairs. But the measurements appear to match exactly with what we ordered (I was able to specify brand and confirmed what was provided with an independent measurement of the spa). Overall we are very pleased. We ordered the Standard cover (not the basic) and it is under a covered porch. I am looking forward to seeing how it holds up in the meantime. Thank you for your efficiency!
