Never received the cover. Waited the 14 weeks, could not contact the company. They do not answer phones. Emailed them telling them to contact me as I started a dispute. Got an instant reply... I cancelled my dispute with my bank because they told me they would send my cover. The day it was supposed to ship the owner called me acting unhinged and mocking me like an elementary student. He gave me 90 minutes to provide "proof" the dispute was cancelled. I told him shouldn't his financial department have done that when I stated the dispute was cancelled?? Never deal with this company. The owner obviously has mental issues.

0 STARTS !!! HORRIBLE company AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! I paid $650 for a premium quality hot tub cover and after using it for about 1 to 3 months i noticed it absorbs a lot of water. The hot tub cover is very heavy now and when you open and close it you hear a gallon or two or three of water splashing around in the inside liner (underneath the spa cover) back and forth with no way of draining. (unless i make holes in it, which would alter and void any type of warranty) i Sent a ton of pictures and videos to the company and spent hours on the phone. At one point they transferred me to the owner, i believe his name was Jason, who completely dismissed my claim, mocked me, asked what i do for a living (like it matters). I was blown away with how rude and unprofessional he was. He said the same thing someone else in the reviews said, to ship in back at MY OWN expense and they will take a look at it. We have owned 3 different hot tub covers and never had this issue with any of them. In addition many of our friends have hot tubs and they also never had any problem like this. This company is HORRIBLE. Boggles my mind how they are in business. How can you make and sell a product and not standby your product and your warranty?!

I will first start off by saying the product appears to be at face value well constructed, and I did receive it free of damage.

I placed my order on 2/1/2023 at 4:43pm. I paid the extra $200+ dollars for the rushed production (made within 5 business days). Kept checking the website and all it said was 'in progress'. On 2/15/2023 (10 business days later) I received a phone call, Spa-Mart had questions regarding my hot tub (measuring questions etc...). I answered the questions (to Molly who called), and they stated my cover would be made right away.

I then e-mailed customer service regarding Spa-Mart reaching out to me 10 days later and not sooner- as to fulfill my order within the promised 5 business days. I got an e-mail telling me they reached out to me 2/6, and 2/10.

I did not receive any correspondence from the company on 2/6, and 2/10 (after triple checking call logs etc.). Turns out they had my e-mail address on file wrong. Completely honest mistake. Jason the owner reached out and stated he would refund the rush fee. Because the owner looked into the issue an made it right after realizing what had happened, I would recommend this company and spa cover. They have gained a loyal customer going forward for all other spa supplies.

Awful experience!
The owner Jason is very rude, arrogant and belligerent. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company. The company cannot get the measurements right in my hot tub cover and continued to ridicule and blame us as customers when the company first made cuts based on the manufacturer’s sizes which didn’t fit and then we gave them sizes a second time and the cuts were still way off. We sent pictures and waited for months for someone to come out and pick up the cover and physically do their own measurements. Still no service! Waiting for almost a year to get this done.
I called and Jason and his rep flipped out on us and said we were attempted to get over on him and his company!

All we wanted was the right size cover.
Jason and spa mart can not get the job done.

Buyer be careful!
Jason called us names and mocked the way we spoke and was very unprofessional.

Completely rude and a obnoxious and attempted to lure me in to threatening him over the phone so he could not send his workers out. The conversation was so bad that we had to disconnect the call because Jason the owner was flipping out on us for no reason!

I Received my hot tub cover damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and they told me I had to deal with the trucking company.

The trucking company said since I signed for the invoice it was not their responsibility.

Obviously a forklift ran through the side of the hot tub cover which happened way before I received it.

I contacted customer service again and they were awful. Absolutely no willingness to work with me to fix my damaged hot tube cover wood that I now have to keep.

feel for the people that work there.
at 1st the covid excuse was accepted, but then i got the addn'l delay story multiple times.
then, it was a quality control issue, then shipping dept. delay, then it was held by transport company.
i did get my spa cover, it fit, and does not openly present any problems.
i invested too much time in keeping track of following up on and tracing the whereabouts of this item.
This was far worse than any used car dealership experience.
not recommended, not because of the product, but because of the experience.
no reply required, invest your time on fixing your business.

Buyer beware...
Ordered a spa cover Jan 2022 expected the delay. After 14 wks of waiting it came damaged. Have spoken to customer service MANY MANY times since recieving. Im sure they see my name and number come up and think good grief her again. Its amazing that the owner "Jason" is never there and cant decide what needs done. I did my part...ordered paid recieved DAMAGED and notified immediately and after 3 months...they cant make it right!!! Wished i had been better at researching this company and their customer service!! If a zero was a option thats the rating they would get from us!!!

Buyer beware. If I could give 0 stars I would. Cover came damaged and customer service was awful. Spoke to owner who is completely unprofessional and undeserving of any business. Do not buy from them. Supposed to get my refund as my order was cancelled and so far I have received nothing. So I paid 800 dollars for something I don’t have nor will ever receive. I cannot stress enough how rude the owner was. He actually insulted me. Don’t do business with these people .

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. You do not want to do business with this company. The owner of the company himself is not a great person. You would think the owner of a company would know customer service....

After 3 months many phone calls and emails from me and hardly any response from anyone at this company. They charged me to fix their mistake of recommendation for first purchase. Took over a month to get it fixed and then spoke with owner (Jason) said he had the one I needed and would swap it. I received the same one as the first one!? He charged me $45 to ship the new one and return the first wrong one. I felt that was fair and paid. After receiving the wrong one twice and then taking another month of me bugging them to send the correct one I was frustrated. I felt I was not wrong for requesting a refund of the $45. After three emails asking how they would like to refund the money I finally got a call from Jason and he literally belittled me and called names because I asked for the shipping to be refunded. It's not like I was asking for the whole thing to be refunded. He told me flat out it was a "dirt bag" move to ask for the money back. He then said I will have bad karma coming my way because I asked for money back. Also he said if he knew what type of person I was he would have never sold to me. THIS WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!! I paid for a product and got wronged twice and I am the bad person?? Three months and over 20 emails and over 30 phone calls to try and resolve this. But I am a dirt bag...? Stay clear from this company. Give your money to a smaller company that may charge a bit more. You will have better support if something goes wrong.

DO NOT US THIS COMPANY. ZERO STARS

I was quoted 8-12 weeks on the production of a hot tub cover. I waited the full 12 weeks to call about the status of the order. I was told it was made and ready to ship out on a truck the following Friday. I made sure to call them on that Thursday to remind them of my order. They said it would ship out the next day and I’d get an email as soon as it was scanned. I never got an email. So I called the following Tuesday to inquire, and they said IT WILL BE ANOTHER 4 WEEKS. I asked what they would do to make the situation right, and they said I could either wait or cancel the order. I decided to cancel the order, and they said the money would show up in my account in 5 business days. Only time will tell how long this JOKE OF A BUSINESS will actually take to return my money and how many phone calls it will take to get it done.
